The GovTech agency, Thimphu re-invites sealed bids from the interested and eligible bidders for the supply, installation, and configuration of DWDM equipment. Bids must be accompanied by the bid security of Nu. 340,000/- (Ngultrum Three Hundred Forty Thousand) only in the form of demand draft/bank guarantee or cash warrant. The last date of tender submission is on or before 10:30 am, 18th December 2023 and will be opened on the same day at 11:00 am.

EOI Title: Bespoke Development of Electronic Customs Management System (e CMS)
The Royal Government of Bhutan has received a grant from Asian Development Bank under grant No 0492-BHU (SF) tied to SASEC Transport, Trade Facilitation and Logistic Project (Project No BHU 27284) towards development of Electronic Customs Management System.
The Department of Revenue and Customs (DRC), Ministry of Finance would like to invite Expression of Interest from qualified firms to develop (bespoke) and Implement, install and configure an Electronic Customs Management System e CMS;
Kindly find the EOI from and EOI reference documents attached below.
The Ministry of Finance has approved the request for extension of time for submission of EoI due to the current global situation.
The revised deadline is scheduled on 30th April 2020.
