The GovTech agency, Thimphu invites sealed bids from the interested and eligible bidders for the supply, installation, and configuration of DWDM equipment. Bids must be accompanied by the bid security of Nu. 340,000/- (Ngultrum Three Hundred Forty Thousand) only in the form of demand draft/bank guarantee or cash warrant. The last date of tender submission is on or before 03:00 pm, 9th November 2023 and will be opened on the same day at 03:30 pm.

The Royal Government of Bhutan has received a grant from Asian Development Bank under grant No 0492-BHU (SF) tied to SASEC Transport, Trade Facilitation and Logistic Project (Project No BHU 27284) towards development of Electronic Customs Management System.
The Department of Revenue and Customs (DRC), Ministry of Finance would like to invite Expression of Interest from qualified firms to develop (bespoke) and Implement, install and configure an Electronic Customs Management System e CMS;
