The Department of Information Technology & Telecom, Ministry of Information & Communications invite proposals to provide the following consulting service: Building/Development and Commissioning of wireless hotspot and Suung Joen App. More details on the services are provided in the Terms of Reference.

A Consultant will be selected under Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) and procedures described in this RFP, in accordance with the latest Procurement Rules and Regulations in force of the Royal Government of Bhutan.

During the pre-bid meeting on 20th December, 2018, Department received some feedbacks from the prospective firms and here by issuing an addendum to the bidding documents. The addendum thus shall be the part of bidding documents and shall be binding on the prospective bidders

The Department of Information Technology & Telecom, Ministry of Information & Communications would like to inform all interested bidder who are suppose to submit bid for migration of G2C services to data hub today (18/12/18) is postponed to tomorrow (19/12/18). As 18/12 is declared as holiday.

Therefore, interested bidders are requested to submit complete bid documents tomorrow before 2:00 pm and same will be opened at 2:30 pm.

The Department of IT and Telecom, Ministry of Information and Communications invites bids from eligible firms for the "Supply and Installation of Fiber Monitoring System"
Interested firms must submit the bids on or before 2:00 PM, 7th January, 2019 addressed to Director General,DITT, MoIC and the tenders will be opened on the same day at 2:30 PM at DITT New Conference Hall.

Bidders are requested to kindly refer the “Technical Specifications” on page number 70 to 100 for information on Background of the project, Scope of work, Scope of work for procuring agency, Scope of work for Contractor, Technical Specifications/ Bill of Quantities(BoQ) and Work Schedule.
