**ANNOUNCEMENT - Temporary Suspension of Online Housing Applications for Data Migration****

In our continuous efforts to improve our services and enhance data security, we will be conducting a data migration process that will require us to temporarily suspend the acceptance of online housing applications.

Therefore, starting from Mid-Night on 13th September, 2023, we will not be accepting any new online housing applications until further notice.

Following the meeting conducted by the Project Management Unit (PMU), Accenture Ltd (Japan) and JICA Bhutan with the local IT vendors for the project (executed by GovTech Agency & MoH with support from JICA Bhutan ) - “Project for Strengthening Government Capacity for Using Digital Technology and Data”, the PMU is pleased to share the Draft of the Requirement Definition Documents which will serve as a foundation for future works to be contracted out and ensure a clear understanding of the scope and requirements of works.

Service Level Agreement signed between the Ministry of Health and the GovTech Agency.

On July 24th, 2023, the GovTech Agency and the Ministry of Health signed a momentous Service Level Agreement (SLA) focused on ICT & Digital Service Transformation. The agreement aims to provide centralized ICT services and network support, leveraging digital technologies to streamline processes, deliver efficient citizen services, and address challenges like professional attrition and infrastructure burden.
