Following the meeting conducted by the Project Management Unit (PMU), Accenture Ltd (Japan) and JICA Bhutan with the local IT vendors for the project (executed by GovTech Agency & MoH with support from JICA Bhutan ) - “Project for Strengthening Government Capacity for Using Digital Technology and Data”, the PMU is pleased to share the Draft of the Requirement Definition Documents which will serve as a foundation for future works to be contracted out and ensure a clear understanding of the scope and requirements of works. Interested IT firms may review the documents to confirm that our understandings align with your capabilities and offerings. Additional updates and schedules will be communicated in due course as the project progresses with the official request for proposal from JICA.
