Selection of Consultancy Firm to Design a Data Lakehouse with Business Intelligence.
The Royal Government of Bhutan has received financial assistance in the form of Credit and Grant from the World Bank toward the cost of the Accelerating Transport and Trade Connectivity in Eastern South Asia (ACCESS)-Bhutan Project, to be implemented by GovTech Agency, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Selection of Consultancy Firm to Design Data Lakehouse with Business Intelligence.
Therefore, eligible and interested consulting firms are invited to submit an Expression of Interest (EoI) as per the Terms of Reference (ToR) available on the GovTech website (www.tech.gov.bt). The EoI must be submitted by 15:00 hours (Bhutan Time, GMT+6) on May 08, 2026 to Suresh Nepal, ICT Analyst, Data Science and AI Division, at snepal@plantech.gov.bt.
