GovTech Agency, hereby publishes Addendum No. 03 to the Request for Bids (RFB) for the Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Servers and Storage (Disk Drives) at the Government Data Center (GDC), under the World Bank-financed Accelerating Transport and Trade Connectivity in Eastern South Asia – Bhutan Phase 2 Project (ACCESS), Credit No. IDA-77560
This addendum extends the bid submission and bid opening deadlines.
Bids must be delivered on or before March 16, 2026 at 1400 Hours (Bhutan Time). Electronic bidding will not be permitted, and late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address specified in the RFB on Date: March 16, 2026 Time: 1430 Hours (Bhutan Time).
