The GovTech Agency invites qualified training consultants and institutions to bid for the Digital Skilling Program under the 13th Five Year Plan (13th FYP). This national initiative aims to build digital capabilities across key economic sectors, ensuring inclusive participation in Bhutan’s digital transformation.

1️⃣ Sector 1:Travel Agent, Tour & Construction with Tender ID 22778, GovTech/Tender/25-26/33 Amendment/Corrigendum issued:2
2️⃣ Sector 2: Hotel, Homestay & Agriculture with Tender ID 22786, GovTech/Tender/25-26/34A Amendment/Corrigendum issued:1
3️⃣ Sector 3:Wholesale, Retail Trade & Manufacturing with Tender ID 22839, GovTech/Tender/25-26/35 Amendment/Corrigendum issued:1
🎯 Program Objectives:
- Enhance digital skills of people to be part of the digital transformation
- Increase ICT adoption across the country for both social inclusion and economic empowerment
- Increase employability by being part of digital economy
👥 Target Beneficiaries:
- All Employed individuals. For civil servants, only those aged 35 – 49 years are eligible.
- Unemployed youth (18+ years) & Monastic bodies (1%)
📌 Scope of Training:
Each sector aims to train and certify 2,334 participants.
