Notification of Changes to our previous notice on the RFP/TOR Competitive Bidding Notice for Health Service App Development for the “Project for Strengthening Government Capacity for Using Digital Technology and Data” | GovTech and Q&A discussion document.

Dear All Participants,

Please note the changes updated to the three documents of TOR

Please note, the changes are only related to a note that all “Consent” management screens in the App-Development are under the scope of DHP (Digital Health Platform) which is being implemented by another vendor NGN as part of another project of Royal Government of Bhutan.
Even though Consent management screens will not be created by selected App Vendors, however as its important aspect for citizen, as well as to maintain the design of User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) of the usability of the application, please provide the design image on the proposal.
