(6) Bid Pricing: Using Form FIN-1 and FIN-2 in RFP
(7) Offer Currency: USD only
(8) Eligibility
(8.1) A firm or company registered in Bhutan, or other international firms
(8.2) A firm with App development experience as must and health care app development experience as an added advantage
(9) Period of Distribution: From April 15th onwards
