Bhutan Healthcare APP Business Contest – Calling out Bhutanese Citizens for online votes!
Background:
GovTech Agency & the Ministry of Health is executing a project with JICA for solving health issues such as the prevention of NCDs, reducing the growing cost of healthcare, and promoting innovation in health-related services, by creating an environment that promotes integrated management of health data and the utilization of data(through development and integration of four health data banks with National Digital ID).
The project will focus on improving healthcare services in Bhutan by using digital technology and health data. One such initiative is to develop a Mobile App as Proof of Concept for the community health guidelines , social well-being and medical care triage.
Therefore, as part of our commitment to inclusivity and community engagement, the Project Management Unit of GovTech Agency & MoH invite all the citizens of Bhutan to participate in this exciting event by viewing the contest presentations and voting for their favorite participant( local and international IT vendors).
