The Government Technology Agency (GovTech) hereby notifies all prospective bidders regarding the tender for “Hiring and Installation of Outdoor LED Screens and an Audio System for the Consecration Ceremony of the 108 Chortens at Gelephu,” originally published on 15 September 2026, that the Terms of Reference (ToR) have been amended and the bid submission deadline has been extended.
Accordingly, the bid submission deadline has been extended from 22 September 2026 to 25 September 2026 at 5:00 PM.
The original Terms of Reference are hereby superseded by Terms of Reference (ToR) Version 2.0. All prospective bidders are therefore required to refer to and submit their sealed bids in accordance with the amended ToR Version 2.0 on or before the revised deadline.
