The GovTech Agency, hereby publishes Addendum No. 04 to the Request for Bids (RFB) for the Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Servers and Storage (Disk Drives) at the Government Data Center (GDC), under the World Bank-financed Accelerating Transport and Trade Connectivity in Eastern South Asia – Bhutan Phase 2 Project (ACCESS), Credit No. IDA-77560, with changes made to the Bid Security Declaration Form.
Bidders are requested to review the amendment carefully and take the revised provisions into account when preparing and submitting their bids.
