- Design and implement projects for Government infrastructure
- Develop policies and protocols for networks, systems and cyber-security and provide advisory to the government
- Make recommendations and prepare technical policies, protocols, standards and specifications for Government adoption on networks, system services and security
- Carry out clearance of hardware including locally assembled computers
- Work closely with Telecom Division to interface with BICMA and private sectors
- Organize workshops, seminars and meetings on security, networks, system services and emerging technologies
- Research on networking and hardware components and make necessary recommendation on the new technology for adoption to the government
