The first batch of Web Application Security with VAPT training took place from March 3 to March 26, 2025, where 36 participants learned skills ranging from basic to advanced levels. To address the growing skill gap and demand for experts in this field, the second batch started on March 27 and will continue until April 21, 2025.
As the lead agency for digital transformation in the country, the Government Technology (GovTech) Agency prioritizes building a pool of highly skilled IT professionals to support the ICT industry. Therefore, GovTech is addressing this skills gap by offering specialized training that equips participants with the expertise to identify, analyze, and mitigate security vulnerabilities. This enables organizations and industries to fortify their defenses, ensure regulatory compliance, and build digital trust in an increasingly complex cybersecurity landscape.
This initiative targets ICT professionals from the private sector, corporations, government agencies, and aspiring tech enthusiasts. The 18-day training program is attended by 40 participants and is designed to develop their skills from foundational to advanced levels in Web Application Security & VAPT.
