Planning & Management

• Overall plan, coordinate, and management of Government Networks.
• Architect the ICT Infrastructure and deploy ICT related activities on the Government Network.
• Designing and implementing the network topology for the government agencies and institutions networks.
• Provide technical guidance to core, access and support services staffs during troubleshooting.

Core, Access and Internal(LAN) Network Management

• Operate and manage core government networks.
• Protect the systems and networks from Cyber threats.
• Testing and configuration of hardware and software system.
• Configure Backbone Network, configure new changes in Design, Implement and O&M of Layer 3 & Layer 2.
• Configure, Implement and O&M of Layer 3, Layer 2 & Layer 1.
• Designing and O&M of LAN/ WAN.

Network Support Services (NSS)

• Provide ICT support services to agencies.
• Establish, manage and maintain last mile fibre/connectivity.
