  • Aim to establish and develop a comprehensive Business Requirements Document (BRD) that clearly outlines the business needs, ensuring all stakeholders have a shared understanding of the objectives and requirements.
  • Actively collaborate with the Digital Service Development (DSD) Division and the Digital Operations and Maintenance (DSO&M) to facilitate efficient system development, ensure smooth implementation.
  • Onboard and manage stakeholders effectively through clear communication and continuous engagement.
  • Lead Business Process Reengineering (BPR) to optimize and streamline processes for better efficiency and service delivery.
  • Ensure Functional Quality Assurance by validating solutions against business requirements and expected outcomes.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement in processes, services, and technology to foster innovation and enhanced performance.
